MultiVantage Express is based on Avaya Communication Manager Software and the S8500 Media Server and is designed as a complete solution for the Midsize Business (100 to 500 extensions). It enables enterprise applications while maintaining Midsize Business functionality and providing excellent value. While Avaya continues to offer ad-hoc capabilities for the Midsize Business, the MultiVantage Express Solution was designed to pre-integrate these components in a way which covers mainstream enterprise communications needs, while establishing upgrade paths to the more advanced packages of each component.

Description
MultiVantage Express will utilize virtual machine software technology currently being deployed in the Avaya on Demand solution set to integrate the following applications on an Avaya S8500 Media Server:
  • Communication Manager 3.1 including ACD features
  • INTUITY™ AUDIX® 770 (IA770) Messaging Application 3.1
  • Application Enablement Services 3.1
  • Management tools + IP telephony support services (DHCP, TFTP, HTTP, HTTPS, and FTP)
  • End user applications - EC500 R6, IP Softphone R5.2, Message Manager, MyPhone, & Follow Me
  • Basic call reporting
