Hosted IP and SIP combined

Combining the best of both worlds….

With the IPVS offering  customers can combine both Hosted VoIP and SIP Trunking services as one product set.  A typical example where both product sets would be used would be when an SME is multi-sited and has home workers.  In this scenario the main office would utilise SIP Trunking and the smaller offices/home workers would utilise Hosted VoIP.  This provides one seamless telephony network and will enable the customer to benefit from On Net free calls between sites, including remote and home workers. 

IPVS enables end-users from multiple sites or geographic locations to make On Net calls directly between each other without the call touching the legacy voice telecommunications network.  This enables Pink to offer these calls to customers at zero cost as the number is routed via our hosted core to its end destination and over the customer’s data networks without ever touching the legacy voice networks.

On Net calling will allow customers of the service to reduce their outlay on inter-company calls from any geographic location.    

The added benefit of On Net calling is that the IP Phone devices that IPVS supports will enable High Definition (HD) voice to be transmitted between users.  HD voice will not use any more bandwidth than a standard call placed on the network thus providing a true high quality voice service.
