Pink’s Premium Internet Serviceis a fixed UK internet access service suitable for companies of all sizes, government organisations, content providers and ISPs.

Pink use only Tier 1 network providers who continually develop their product to offer you the ‘best of breed’ national and international connectivity aimed at supporting you in your quest for a business class internet service.

Pink’s Premium Internet Serviceis available from 64kbps to gigabit bandwidths.  You will be able to increase or decrease your bandwidth to suit your requirements.  The service can also be provided as an asymmetric service, where the outbound bandwidth (from your site to the internet) is greater than the inbound bandwidth.

Pink’s Premium Internet Service product includes:

  • 1, 3 & 5 year fixed price contract options

Pink’s Premium Internet Service is nationally available across the UK.

Two resilience options are available on the Pink Premium Internet Service:

  • Failover - a primary circuit used to send/’receive traffic under normal circumstances in the event of primary circuit failing
  • Load balancing – two active circuits are configured such that in the event of a failure on one of the links, the other link will carry the additional traffic
  • Separate Points of Presence can be offered

All standard Premium Service Level Agreement terms will apply:

  • if the delivery date is not met, a 50% credit to the connection charge will apply
  • if network latency is compromised, a reduction to your rental will apply
  • if 100% service availability is compromised, a reduction to your rental will apply

Pink’s Premium Internet Service will provide you with utilisation reports, showing how your connection is performing on an hourly basis.
